Pack 75, Troop 75, Crew 75 Refund Policy
Products
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please keep in mind that all funds raised from the sale of products goes towards helping the program run.
Services
There are no refunds on services rendered. All sales of services are final.
Memberships and Registrations
There are no refunds on membership, or registration fees paid. All memberships and registrations are final, per National BSA policy. Please keep in mind amounts collected are bare minimums to help cover local, and national registration fees, and insurance. Additional fees may be collected for Boys Life magazine, and supplement scouting basics. The true cost of scouting is much more than memberships, and registration fees. The True Cost of Scouting
People do not realize the true cost of scouting. Compared to other programs, activities, and sports, the cost is very minimal, yet still much more than most contribute. Unlike those other activities where the policy is no pay, no play, scouting aims to not ever let a financial situation be a barrier to the program.
